  • Produce financial journal & reports regularly, including AP & AR
  • Responsible for the tax, including PPh and PPN

SALES

  • Min. Senior High School graduated
  • Have minimum 1 year experience as salesforce/telesales in logistics field
  • Have mobile phone and laptop
  • Target oriented
  • Dedicated, hardworking, polite, loyal and confident
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with Internet and Microsoft office
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Identify potential customers by collecting information from various sources
  • Offer products to potential customers via in-person visits, telephone, or email
  • Providing quality service to clients and identifying client needs appropriately
  • Fulfill and maintain of the designated targets
  • Working closely with other divisions to ensure efficient procurement and delivery, as well as after sales service (customer maintenance service)

BRANCH HEAD / PIC CABANG

(Khusus Daerah Jawa Tengah, NTT, Sumatra, Kalimantan)
  • Age between 25 – 40 years old
  • Experienced in Shipping Services/Logistics field
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Honest, have high dedication, and able to work under pressure
  • Protect company’s reputation
  • Responsible for company-owned inventory, office, and administrative tools
  • Creating a good and enjoyable work situation
  • Perform branch operational processes well
  • Responsible to fulfill the number of employees as sales forces that supports company’s sales in accordance with the branch office organizational structure
  • Monitor branch performance progress, along with collecting and providing weekly reports to the head office

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

  • Proven experience as CFO or relevant role for at least three (3) years
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Understand about logistics and its relevant fields
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
  • Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
  • Drive the company’s financial planning
  • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
  • Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
  • Control and evaluate the organization’s capital structure
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Supervise all finance personnel (accounting, treasurers etc.)
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
  • Accomplishes finance human resource strategies from training

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

  • Min. 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or relevant role
  • Excellent computer skills on MS Office and other accounting software and databases
  • Understanding in knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standartds, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
  • Preferred Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Relevant field
  • Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy
  • Oversee accounting daily operations
  • Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis etc
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data
  • Regularly produce financial reports or statements
  • Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Encourage other employees to adhere to standards
  • Perform and oversee annual audits
  • Provide recommendations
  • Achieve financial accounting targets
